The installed base builds itself at delivery, and the same equipment links the quotation, the service call, the ticket, the invoice and the maintenance contract.

Purchasing without re-keying

The supplier quotation is captured by reading the PDF, the remaining amount to invoice is read on the order, and the analytic allocation is set as soon as you commit.

Your trade has its particularities, and that is common. Tell us what you do: either an existing pack answers it, or the answer lies elsewhere, in an Odoo Store application, an OCA module absent from our foundation, or a development specific to your trade. We first examine how solid the solution is: version compatibility, maintainability at the next update, real cost. This examination always precedes the quotation.
